Ying McGuire

Global Vice President, Technology Integration Group


Ying McGuire is the vice president of international at Technology Integration Group (TIG), a San Diego-based technology company with 25 offices in the United States, China and Canada and a global partner network covering four continents. Ms. McGuire came to TIG from Dell Technologies. As a corporate leader in a Fortune 500 company, she built and sustained high-impact global initiatives across many functions and mentored numerous entrepreneurs and CEOs.  

Ms. McGuire holds a variety of leadership roles in the community. In 2016, she was appointed by the United States secretary of commerce to the United States Investment Advisory Council. She served as the first woman chair of an advisory board of the International Trade Center (ITC), a joint agency of United Nations and World Trade Organization (WTO) based in Switzerland. Ms. McGuire is currently the acting Board chair of the US China Innovation Alliance, a Board member of the Southern California Minority Supplier Development Council and a founding Board member of the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce (GAACC). She also co-founded the Texas-China Investment Summit.  

MEA Magazine named Ms. McGuire as a “Twenty-Five Influential Woman in Business”. DiversityBusiness.com named her as an “America’s Top Diversity Advocate”. Minority Business USA recognized Ms. McGuire as one of its “Best of The Decade”. Ms. McGuire was a featured speaker at many regional, national and international conferences, including the World Export Forum.  

Born and raised in China, Ms. McGuire immigrated to the United States and received a masters’ degree in business administration of international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona.
